Have a lovely day!!!
Created by Tooii-chan.
Wanted to cheer up a friend with this little hang-up box. I do hope it works.
Winkee Girl
Created by Tooii-chan.
Tried to mix CC Nutmeg Autumn, Nutmeg Borders and Honey Pie Ella to create a new backdrop for my layout. Got inspired by a website. Do like this like I do? Well, I do have varying opinion from different people. Drop us a comment if you have something to say about this layout.

Love Blossoms
Created by Bon-Bon.
This layout makes use of one of our most popular paper from FP/210005 Celebrate Make Merry and FP/230002 Celebrate Titles and Tags. It follows the original graphics on the paper and makes them come alive by adding braded flowers and cut-outs to the main background.

Laugh!!!
Created by Tooii-chan.
We really love the papers from Pink Paislee a lot, they are so cheerful and sweet looking because of the vibrant choice of colour. Look at what you can achieve using them. Like those papers as much as I do, go to Pink Paislee and look for 'Cupid-bullseye' and 'Cupid-bow and arrow'.
Check up the close-up to see how Maya Road's chipboard element is being used in this layout. Ribbons are from Fancy Pants, specifically, the Simplicity Ribbon pack is being used for this layout. Can you see that glossy accent from Ranger Ink is been used on the lettering to give it the epoxy glossy effect?
This is a must try layout.
A Cosmo Cricket Layout: Well Done Baby
In this layout, most of the papers used are from Cosmo Cricket! This layout also showcase how a die-cut patterned paper can be used in other innovative ways. The background was created using lots of circles punched out from bits and pieces of patterned paper left over from other projects. (One way to avoid wastage of those beautiful and precious patterned papers.)

Here's a close-up on how I did a group of the circle pattern together.

I love flowers!!!
I have always thought that flowers are the most 'old-fashioned' and 'boring' embellishments to have on my clothes. Until recently, I found out the power of flowers. And I begin to want them on my layouts and projects.
Check out these flowers that I have made using patterned papers.
This one is a simple flower made using cut-outs and a brad. to give it the glossy look, I added glossy accent on the outline of the flower. Can you see the gloss from the picture?
I also got in love with making circular flowers using circle punch-outs. Do you like them like I do? Replace the centre button with brads, eyelets or gromlets for varied effects.
Email us scrapbooktales@gmail.com if you want tips on how to make them.

An Altered Basket!!!
Created by Tooii-chan.
A flower petal basket that was created for a beautiful flower girl.
In this project, I used the gold ribbon, white satin ribbon and the pearl string for the handle. We love that effect a lot, we think the pearl string makes the basket ever more outstanding.

Scenic Cambodia (Siem Reap)
Created by Tooii-chan.
About the layouts:
These shows two 8"x8" pages from my Siem Reap album. One of the very first album that I made from scrapbooking patterned paper. You can get it under Bargain Deals.
A little pocket is made on the first page for me to put in my 3-day pass to Angkor Wat.
Also if you take a closer look at the second page. You would see the pink ribbon that I got under Ribbons (R/10008). I especially love such ribbons as they usually would be able to make a simple page shine.
A little note for those who loves to shoot:
For any scrapbookers who loves to shoot, this is the place to go, with just a compact camera just click it from any angle, you would definitely be able to find shots that you would like to scrapbook about. Just imagine what a DSLR would be able to do? Go there if you have a chance.
For those who love to scrap but have limited time:
You may try using the above layouts, as they are easy to do. Play with different patterned paper and colours for varied effects.

The family is one of nature's masterpieces
Created by Karen.
Looking back at how Karen started her 'scrapping' hobby... This is the first layout she came up with. What a talented student! From then on, scrapbooking became part of her life.
